Other than the call to the LLM, all of the data like API key, questions, and resumes remain local to your machine. There is no service side component for the applciation other than the LLM which is maintained by Google (and in the future, other LLM providers as they come online). In the case where you want to gaurantee that your data will not be used to retrain a given model, you can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), with the LLM providers, so that calls made with your API Key remain private.

Standard tracking of geographic location happens via CloudFlre, more out of curiosity on my part.

I am curious about what type of questions are used to screen candidates, but will not implement this at this point. Mainly because I'm not sure how people will respond, and also because without a sufficient number of users, it's not all that useful. If I do implement this, it will be after a survey has been posted on this site.
